My name check was sent in March 2004. I placed enquiry with congressman in Jan 2006. Not sure, if it was them, but my 485 approval letter just came in yesterday. I'm approved after a long wait....... So, there is hope down the line.

I'm an EB1 derivative. My PD is Feb 2004. My spouse is the primary applicant. He along with my son got approved one and a half years back in Feb 2005. I've been stuck because of name check.
