hello guys i am in a big problem and i hope you can help me, 2001 my husband submit his application for adjustment of status under 245 i employer petition, 2004 we re submit the application because the 1st employer close the company, now we are watting for dol certification and we have priority date january 2004, eb 3 , so this my question i am occupational therapist and i am studying for my last test in order to get the certification as otr, is possible to submit a new petition under my name as occupational therapist , thanks very much
