140/485 concurrent
RD 10.16.03
FP 1.12.04
AD 8/10/04 (both)

Whole process to date has taken 38 months. 27 months for labor.

Really happy for you.

Can you please tell us if you are EB2 or EB3? As my case was filed concurrently on 03/11/03 but nothing happened so far.

Everybody is happy for you, and thanks in advance for
telling us more details about your case.

We are a bunch of folks waiting in line, and many
cases filed in Mar/April/May/03 are pending.

I just scanned all cases filed on 4/2/03, like mine,
only one got an RFE two weeks ago.
At this pace, you can bet they will be able to reduce
the backlog !

My case:
EB2 concurrent I-140/485,
ND 4/2/03, LUD last year, some time
FP 7/3/03, to expire soon, like my patience.

Wrote today a status request to BCIS,
sent letter by certified mail. Tomorrow it's letter to
our Congressmen, then ... don't know.
May be leave this country for a better place.
Will keep you informed about BCIS
response, in case they respond.
Will post it in this forum.
Letter is better option, as phone call to BCIS NCS
usually brings nothing.

I dont understand the pattern..

Guys,

I dont understand the logic behind TSC Processing.

I see lot of 140 Approvals which were filed in Oct and Nov.

What happened to others who filed from march to sep..???

Mine was filed in Oct 28th. I hope for the best....
