On July 6, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.
I have one question:
In case I do not receive the real EAD card before my expiration date, can I work legally, or I have to wait until I put the real renewed EAD into my pocket?
Timely approval of my EAD is a good thing, but it is a disspointment that the approval does not trigger my I485 (RD: May, 2003), it is bad - my attorney just called and estimated that the waiting time could be another 12-15months.
