the receipt # for EAD

My 2nd AP/EAD was filed at the end of April, 04 (1st AP/EAD will expire in Oct., 04). My attorney only received the receipt # for AP. The check for 2nd EAD application was cleared by USCIS. My attorney said it will be OK. Does anyone have the same experience?

I think its better to have receipt numbers for both. Take a look at the check that was cleared by CIS it will contain the EAC# on the back for each application. The receipt number could be used for online status checking.

Thank you for your suggestion. The attorney assistant has contacted with accounting department for the cleared check and find out the receipt # on the back of this check.

Hope your I-485 get approval soon.
