The real TSC Processing Date

Just talked to a nice guy from the TSC and he has indicated to me that the current processing date for Asylee I-485 AOS is August 8, 2003 not Aug 1 2001. The online processing date has not been updated for some time. Do not ask me why....

For those of you who were concerned about processing dates...TSC is not that far behind NSC.

BUT, whenever i talked to NSC they told me that it is august 2001. The messy thing about them is they gave my brother with 2005 pd, while i am waiting since 08/2003.

Federal law suit

what do you think of placing a law suit against uscis for the following reason(malpractice).

1) unpredictable way of processing asylee based adjustment cases. It seems they do it by random selection. freinds who submitted their cases 2-3 years after me have been granted their petition, while I am wailing. Not only that the way they give you the probable date at which one claim citizinship is also very unpredictable.

any insight is appreciated.
