I have certified letter from LD on 9/4/06
i asked my lawyer to filled up my i-140, but he didnt file it yet.
He said the quota is closed.
my question is, is it really closed ? or he just "too busy" to fill it up?
please help .. i dont know where to ask no more.
PS. first month after he sent my ETA-750 he told me i have no chance.
And he never inform me about the case. Even when i got LC he didnt call me.
