the processing date is outsite the processing time

Hi everybody, I just want to know if anybody experience the same problem as I do or anybody have any idea what to do. I've called the customer service twice and they file the service requestion for me twice and I still don't get anything back in the mail yet? Does anybody know what is going on. And what should I do in the mean time? Just keep waiting for what?

If you opened a service request, you WILL get something in the mail. Most likely it'll be something useless like "We're currently working on your case"... blah blah but you will get something.
