The process after the approval of 140.

Hi Guys,
I am just wondering what's the process after the approval of 140 to approve your 485. My finger print has already done. Is there any other paperwork or notice from BCIS before the approval of long journey of the 485? Or just wait until suddenly it will be approved one day?
