My dear friends in this forum,

Ten minutes ago, I received four emails from USCIS, telling me both my wife's and mine cases are approved. Our RD is 3/14/2002, we did our FP on 3/31/2003. The last time they touched our cases before this time was 5/4/2002. Our on-line status has never changed, always 990-999.

I want to tell everyone here that hang on! your pain will be over soon! This is a wonderful forum, I got information and support in these two painful years. And also I wish everyone good luck.

why did you get 4 emails, if there are only 2 cases?

Lets make guesses when you will recieve your approval notice!! :D
 
Congratulations!!! Glad to see March 02's case got approved. It has been a quiet week. Let's hope for more approvals. Enjoy!!!

how to get e-mail

go to http://uscis.gov and click on the Online case status link in the right column. Then register yor cases with receipt numbers and select the e-mail option ON.

that's all my friend... and then comes a long wait and frustating date updates in the portfolio without anything new happening to the case :D :D :D

For some reason they send two emails for each approval. I got two for my ead approval

Hi All,

I thnk when they touched the file they are treating as hit and when they updated online status 2nd hit to the DB. so the E-Mail comes twice...it seems... my 2 cents....:D

I was getting worried , I thought they stopped again--there was no approval mails this week this was the first
(I think).

Congratulations!
Guess they updated the system on 5/4/ 2002. My ND is 4/2002 and the time they touched our cases was also 5/4/2002. After that, always been 990-999.
