The October grind is on. In the meanwhile my attorney last month decided to file a renewal for my EAD expiring end January and fresh AP.
So as I wait for my I-485 from October 2001 I found in my mail my EAD applied in September 2002 has been renewed effective Feb 2003 and they mailed me my new EAD card.
I guess I will be in this system for a long time. I wonder how all this happens. They have time to process future dated EAD's but will not process the 485 application even after waiting 1 year plus.
The good news (small consolation) is that I will not have to wait in January for a new EAD in case my application is still not processed.
My AP application is still lying somewhere in the INS system.
The cruel wait is on!!!!
