Guys: I had the most remarkable experience today. While the main BCIS 800 number had a system shutdown, the folks there wanted me to call back at 6. "6 which time zone?", I had asked. That was a mistake. "Sir/madam, we aren't supposed to give you that information. See - if you told you the time zone, it will be all too evident of our location, and we're not allowed to divulge that."
