The new TSC processing times are saddening

Where did you got this info..

   Where did you got this info from.. I have checked few Immigration sites and I dont see them updated with NEW TSC Processing Times(This month).

But, in the recent past we have seen several approvals in the 06 -07/00 time frame in this forum. So, it is very hard to say which ND they are processing now.

Our cases(me and my wife) are approved on Nov02.
RD 10/99,ND 11/99,3 EAD\'S,3 AP\'S,2 FP\'S,EB3,INDIA.
contacted senator 3 times.
I am waiting for the approval notices.

When did u take your 2nd FP ? After how long of 2nd FP the case has been approved ? Appreciate if you can get back.....

I did my second fp on 08/30/01.FP results were know immly,as it\'s not manual.
I started bugging TSC with faxes and by calling them,when the processing date was 01/03/00.
I\'ve sent senator my details explaing that my case is 2 months older than the current
processing date.I called my lawyer and on oct 15 she called TSC ,and came to know
that its assigned to an officer.On 31st I once again called TSC,and they said
it was with an examiner.
  If you call TSC ask them to inform the supervisor,if ur case is older than
current processing date.I think when I called them,she immly did that.
I think from that point it started moving. Faxes sent to TSC-Numerous(around
40 or 50 totally.Previously I use to get replies but off late none of them got
reply).I think They\'ve their own way of functioning..

Hi km abb,

I am in the same boat as you were.

I did my 2nd FP on Oct 23rd and I thought I will be getting
my Approval in 3 weeks but it looks like it is going to take longer.
I called TSC today to check the status and she told me that
my case is PENDING. When I hear that word I can\'t digest it because
I have been hearing it for the last two years since I filed my I-485
(in Oct 1999). I asked her to inform her supervisor about my case.

I am following the case with Senator\'s office also.

PD-2/98, ND-10/99 2-FP\'s 3-EAD, 2-Adv parole
 
Hi Desparado, Iam in the same boat

Did my 2nd FP on Oct 24th, FBI has processed it and passed on the same day. Congressman\'s office says that its taking longer since Sept 11th tragedy.
Never got through the INS phone to talk to an officer. If u ever hear something positive, please do make a posting here.

I also waiting and my ND is Sept99. Thinking of contacting a senator.
Can you please post the name of the senator you contacted? Did it help to speed up the process?

TSC is real mess. I just can not imagien that people are waiting over 26-27 months to get approval.

TSC vs. VSC

VSC moved three months! It is processing 2001 cases and TSC hasn\'t moved at all

why such a big difference??
