Folks,
I had been to the Baltimore District office and was told to just wait one or two or ... X amount of years until they hear back from variety of checks. So, I assume my case is not just the FBI name check only.
My name check was requested in June 2003 and my interview in Nov 2003. Does anyone know how many other agancies are involved in this name check fiasco. If 10 agencies take 3 years each, he he he
...... this may not be worth it.
Anyways, If you have any other approach like contacting the Congressman or senator or ... Would that be of any help ?
I have contacted the FBI, followed the FOIPA steps, phone, email, fax, US certified postal mail and yet no response.
My question is any one involved in this kind of 'variety of background checks'? The person also mentioned that if any attempt is made to contact other agencies , all the documents will be confiscated.
