The monthly number distribution in Rupnet

From Rupnet, you can see that during July 2001 --- Dec 2001, each month there are about 300 -- 400 application entries. However, from Jan 2002, it starts dropping to 250, then 200, then 150, then it gets fewer than 100 monthly.

Does this represent the real scenario for VSC ? Anybody has any insight ? If the real case is like that, we may expect much faster processing speed after March 2002 cases are done.
 
No, it does not.

I've been watching Rupnet for over a year now. The tendency is, people register as they getting approved.
For instance, you will see more January filers, when BCIS will start approving January at full speed.

Actually abc12321's guess is valid.

I'm watching the stats for a while.
Usually December 2001 has 1000 + cases each day.
Janunary & Febuary have an average of 300 to 400 cases per day based on about 10-day obervation.
