I-140 approved May 2002(NIW for MDs in MUA EB2)
I-485 RD/ND July 2 , 2002
FP June 22 2003 self, Feb 2004 spouse
RFE for getting medicals issued on July 2 2004
RFE Replied on July 25th Ack by BCIS july 26th
Approved July 28,2004(both self and wife)

All have 2 say after getting the approval hangin there everyone will have their turn. I know it is very frustrating to wait but we have no choice
luckily Mine was self sponsor and did not reuire any employer LC etc and donot plan to relocate.People who r kind of unhappy with employer I think wait and watch policy would be best rather than getting frustrated as it will take its sweet little time to get approval
I never called BCIS about FP etc never contacted senator
My lawyer was very gud and he helped me a lot through this looooooooooooong journey
