The latest NSC Processing Time Report is now available

NSC hopeless?

Look at Rupnet, NSC seems dying, with approval cases dried out these days.
Again today, VSC vs NSC: 9 to 1.

Is there any other word to describe NSC, other than HOPELESS.

How come the CIS official site still shows the June 23 data?

Dont worry, after few more days you will be able to see update data at USCIS website...dont ask why USCIS updates data after AILA?

At this rate it is going take NSC 96 months to finish the remaining 48 weeks procsessing of 2002 cases. So that translates to 8 yrs..so much for reducing backlog of 2002 cases in 20 months

we have no Idea How much these guys are making on people like us. They make millions out of us and approving 9 or 10 daily. We pay for GC from our own pocket, The money we earn after middleman cuts, after employer so called 70-30% but actually gets 30-70 %. And here comes the Blood Sucking MothaF****rs taking all the piece of mind with It

jamba,
Every dog has its day. This CIS dog will also have its day...... (the metaphor of dog and day is different from the usual in this usage )
Everything balances in life...So if we are waiting for something now, we might get something better in future faster...Thats the best attitude we can have...Just ignore this forum for the rest of the evening..
I had been hoping for good dates the whole of yesterday and when saw the dates today, I was totally flabergasted. So I think I am going to just log off this forum for a few days ...well..maybe a few hrs (forum is more addicting than a smoke) and try to forget this disappointment...
Cheers

Jamba, you are so right...more money is sucked into the money pit (and I was told buying a house is a money pit.....who are they kidding? I am yet to spend that much money on my house), just from renewing EAD's, and AP's, and FP1....you name it. At this point, I have nothing but to wait.

registrationid, logging off seems like a good solution, but to tell you the truth, most of the information I got is from this site. The attorney will not provide anything in addition to the well chewed info (that we can find on the USCIS web-site), the customer service rep on the toll-free number will repeat the message, as if I can't read English, the website does not change much except for updating LUD, and on top of it..and the time effect (our best companion to this trip) runs itself.....

so at this point, I'll just dive in..... waiting for my turn to say the word I can't even imagine spelling right now.
Isn't it funny? I work to get paid, and then I pay taxes, that fund the USCIS, that in order to operate needs more funds from me for extenssions of necessary documents....odd sense of humor....I say!!

I dont get one point, on USCIS Website, under category I-140 Skilled worker or professional, they are processing cases filed on 5/12/2004, but on AILA list they are processing cases as of 9/15/2003. Which one is true date?
