I asked my attorney to send letter, but later I found it useless, because they say they will do it, but most probably they won't.
Write letters asking them to interfile giving all the details about your recent 140 and the old 485 with copies of the receipt notices and 140 approvals.
send it once in 15 days and call them (POJ method) and see whether they have interfiled. keep sending until they do so! If they do so you will get LUD for the new 140.
