Dear friends,
Just received the email card production ordered for both me and my wife,at last the journey is over.
I thank you all for your kind help throughout my journey.
I wish all my friends get their approvals soon, and all my prayers are with you.

My hearty congratulations!! you deserved it long back...but I guess the saying all is well that ends well..

I remember you trying to link your I-485 to EB1. So can you tell if your approval is through EB1- I-140 linking or your earlier application of NIW.

Congrats good_y!!!

How come you filed I-485 on 09/2005 and and I-140 on 08/2006? Am I missing something here? Is your PD 09/2005 or 09/2006?

good_y filed concurrently I-140/485 under EB-2 in sep. 2005 before retro hit. after that he filed EB-1a I-140 and got his approval from NSC. Hope this helps.

kku, yes my interfile worked, I kept sending the letter requesting them to do the interfile (3 times to TSC) an dtwice to VSC. TSC is good in doing it. later I confirmed the interfile by calling TSC IO.

Congratulations!!!

Could you tell me what did you write in the letter for interfiling? I just found out that my name check is cleared and I believe they are still waiting to get original LC for my first I140 (this is sub LC) though I have already approved I140 with my own LC later. My attorney sent a letter to them asking to interfile, but when I was talking to IO she was saying that they are waiting for something from external source. I think they are still waiting for my first I140's original LC which I no more need since I already have my original I140.

Could please let me know?
