beware of www.summitworks.com. They send out nice letters offering H1 visa and GreenCard, then they require 2K USD.
AS a result you will not receive neither your money nor the visa.
This is the international fraud. Such the information has been sent already to FBI.
The other companies who are involved into international fraud will be published here soon.
 
is it legal for these companies to collect money?

my brother was considered for h1 by one company and they are asking for $7,000+ fees.
