the implication of processing ND april cases

Somebody who ran the script found that NSC has started processing ND April cases while left ND Feb and March cases untouched. If this is true, then it is a good sign. For most ND April cases, the fingerprints time should be around May 2002, and it should be expired by November 2003. NSC is making an effort to finish these cases before the next fingerprint is needed. If they are successful with this effort, we may see a process time reduction to less than 1 and half years. I really hope this is a reality, not just a wishful thinking.

while I think it's good they process cases without going through 3rd and 4th EADs and 2nd fingerprints, I can only imagine the agony of Dec2001, Jan/Feb 2002 filers....

also, it depends on how long finger prints are valid......if they are valid for 15 months, a lot of people who have submitted FP in may 2002, it's already expired. May2002 + 15 months would be Ag/Sep 2003

this is just relative, how you interpret it - there are even cases
