I guess some readers of this board went through the I140 held in sep 2000.
It was every similar to the current I485 situation. At that time only a few cases before Sep 2000 got approved and no progress on case after sep 2000. Then news came out say VSC halt I140 processing and focus on H1 processing. Any one remember that nighmare ?
