Looks like the six month goal may be met more by default rather than design.

This could be the effect of Law suit filed my Mr Khanna.

How come there are moving in the positive direction just when they published report a month ago ( i think) about how they were so behind.

CIS must be planning to use this as argument if it goes to a judge
