The FP message "The document we made based on the approval blah blah blah"

My current 485 status is "On April 2, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Is the above messsge contibuting to my non- approval. Looks like they are ignoring my case based on the above FP message.

Any theories???
