The effect of job change to already filed EAD/AP extension

For those of you who know and/or have experienced this:

If I decide to change jobs, notify USCIS of this job change under AC21, can my employer revoke already filed EAD extension (already received by USCIS).
This can significantly complicate my life, as I have about 3 more months on my previous EAD and the new employer may not like this.

Thanks in advance,

GM

employer has nothing to do with ur EAD.......its ur application.....

I-140 is the only application employer can revoke.......

but after 180 days (when u r eligible for AC-21) they can't touch u

What they can do is revoke the I-140.
This happened to me and inspite of filing AC-21, my EAD and AP renewals got denied.(They were already under process when I changed jobs)

I had to reapply for the EAD, file a MTR to reopen the old denial etc. It all worked out eventually, but just be aware that USCIS is f**ked up and anything can happen.

But I would still do it again if I had to... change jobs that is.
