The Child Status Protection Act for Married Children?

Does the CSPA ( Child Protection Act ) applies to Married Children? Let's say if petition was filed for your Father and you are married and overaged when the visa for your Father was processed. Do you benifit from CSPA?

USCIS definition of children means sons and daughters who are UNDER 21 AND UNMARRIED.

Btw, forgot to mention, once a "child" gets married, he/she loses the "child" status, and will not be benefited from CSPA.

Even if you are still under 21 when you get married, you can no longer qualify in the category of under 21 children.
