The Canadian option
We are resume application service that is unique and we apply on your behalf to 1,500 software companies in Canada or US. We do this 3 times every 4-5 months. If the employer has a need for your expertise he can sponsor you through arranged employment visa ( which for Software Engineers is very simple and takes around 6 weeks in Canada). For the US we also do that. It’s a longer process and the employer will have to sponsor you for H1B and you will have to go through the lottery system. We are also working with many people whose's H1B is expiring and they still want to work in North America.
Canadian companies are looking for people with your expertise. We work directly with people and with some immigration companies and apply for them "DIRECTLY" to companies that might be interested in them and may offer them a "Arranged Employment" because of the shortage of people.
We only market you and apply for you in the industry of your education and experience in many under serviced areas. Getting "Arranged Employment" also help you if you want to apply for immigration in the future.

Under this process, NO confirmation letter from Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) is necessary for specific jobs for which finding a foreign worker will not have a negative impact on Canadian or permanent-resident job seekers and workers.
This means that if you are coming to Canada to work in one of the jobs listed below, you do not need a letter from HRSDC, and your work permit application may be processed more quickly.”
