My GC was approved on January 29th. Here are my details.

EB3 (Columbus, Ohio)
PD 01/18/98
RD 08/18/01
ND 09/18/01
FP 08/20/02
AD 01/29/03
No queries

I have never registered or posted on this site but thought I might share this info. with you. Many days I have felt down and your postings have been a morale booster for me. So, it is my turn to boost everybody else's morale now. Hang in there and it will be your turn. I did switch jobs before finger printing and did not inform INS. I did file ar-11 where I did mention the new employer.

Congratulations !!! Nice to see somebody from columbus get approved. My details are similar to yours:

ND : 09/17/01

RFE : None
AD : Not yet

I did called couple weeks back to chk the status of my case, the IIO said the case is assigned to officer, he said it should take atlest 1 month to see the approval.

Lets keep fingures crossed. Keep in touch........

It is a great news to see the approvals for the case with no RFE.

This gives a great relief and hopes to the people like me.

My RD is June 2002.

I felt I can forget about my 485.

But I am getting hopes that my turn could come this year.
