I am a U.S. citizen, and my father is a Green card holder. Which is a better to bring my sister in India (she is over 21 years of age and married) to U.S.? Is it better if I file a petition for her, or if my father files a petition after he obtains citizenship? My father got his Green card in 2002, so he cannot apply before 2007 for naturalization.
Can two people file for the same person in different categories (I will file for her, and then my father will file once he gets his citizenship)?
Anybody has an idea?
