The approved petition but in the wrong family preference

Hi there! My Mom filed I130 for me as the MARRIED adult child of a U.S. citizen, but in Approval Notice she recieved appears by mistake "Section: UNMARRIED child (age 21 or older) of U.S. Citizen, 201(a) (1) INA" although she stated clear that I'm married and provided the marriage certificate. How this can be corrected? Do we need to hire a lawyer for such a technical thing? Thanks a l-o-o-o-o-o-t! :D
