The approval email comes (Apr/25/2003 case)

Hi All,
Tonight I checked my personal email, found out the approval email! I'm happy but not so happy as I expected before.
I got lots of help from this forum, especially around Sep/2004, I got laid off around that time, worrying a lot about my GreenCard, people here gave me a lot of advices, which removed my worries, and I got a better job after 2 weeks of laid off, and today my GreenCard case is approved!
I feel TSC is accelerating to handle all the cases.

My detail:

at the begining of 2003 Labor Substitution
I-140: RD: Mar/11/2003, AD: Aug/30/2004
I-485: RD: Apr/25/2003, AD: Jan/7/2005
First FP: Jun/17/2003
RFE for I-485: Dec/15/2004, RFE Ack: Dec/30th/2004 (then got approved pretty soon)
Second FP: Dec/23/2004
Second EAD
I got married in Nov/2003, submit my wife's case in Feb/2004, still pending now.

************ Important: I got laid of in Sep 2004, fortunately, my I-140 was approved in Aug 2004, so the people in the forum told me no need to worry, just try best to get a job, the GC should be fine, I greatly appreciately

congrats hlin4 and good luck. Can u tell us the officer # who issued your RFE and if u saw any LUD changes from the day u submitted the RFE. Congrats once again.

Thanks for your congrats.

I checked the email sent by my attorney, she didn't mention the officer # (I might ask her next week). I did see LUD changes, my attorney mailed my RFE documents before Dec/28/2004, and on Dec/31st/2004, LUD changed and say the documents has been received, and on Jan/3rd/2005, LUD changed again, saying my FP result has been received (they repeat this, since on Dec/30th/2004, they already said my FP result has been received)
and on Jan/4th/2005, LUD changed again, no message change. One big sign for me is that around RFE time, the LUD frequently change, and I-485 got approved pretty soon.
I think your case will be approved pretty soon, maybe next week, Since we have the similar time frame about RFE.
Keep your finger crossed, it's gonna be approved pretty soon!

MY RFE is: Please provide all the evidence for my legal status from the
Jul/4th/1998 (My first day into U.S) to Apr/25/2003 (the day I submitted my I-485).
So, I provide I-20, practical training card (OPT), H-1, EAD, and all the payment stubs I can get (I lost several months payment stub, though I kept most of them).
By the way, I asked my attornery to give me the RFE officer #, but got refused!!!
