The 07/09 Curse

I look at rupnet and I see none of the cases with RD 07/09 has any movement.
Has anyone with 07/09 RD received an approval or RFE.

I have 7/09 RD too. No RFE, no approval. Talked to an Officer last week. Initially she said it would take 45 to 90 more days. When asked again, changed to 45-60 days! She said my case hasn't reached any officer yet. Anybody has any idea what might have happened to 7/09?
