I have been silent observer of this forum for last few months.
Recently i got an RFE on 9/3/05 about my Birth certificate as i did not have a birth certificate i took draft of affidait from this forum and mailed to uscis. they received it on 9/20. LUd changed on 9/21.
I called tsc through national uscis phone no and found my name check is pending, again with ideas from this forum contacted my congressman and senator office for urgent help as i was going to be affected by retrogrssion.
Both of them sennt letter to USCIS and FBI.
No change till 9/30. Lost all hopes as i knew that name check cant be expedite and particularly cant be done in 1 week if it is pending for last 1 year (initiated in 8/04).
But on 10/03 received email from USCIS that my case is approved on 9/30.

This is a great forum and you guys are great and i wish all of you early gc, keep up the good job you are doing to support each other

That's good news,congratulations ! If you had dependents,did they also recieve approvals alongwith you ?

Even though it's "virtual Cake" ,Much more Powerful then Real cheezee Cake
