Hi All,

I would like to let you all know that my I-140 was approved on 11/24 and one of our I-485s (still don't know who is the one) have been approved. I received the approval e-mails on 11/26/04. I will have the exact details tomorrow.

A nice thanksgiving gift from the USCIS, indeed.

But no change in LUD for the other I-485 application (it is still 03/03/04).

Here are my case details:

EB2 RIR (Oct 2002)
I-140 AND I-485 Concurrently filed (RD Oct 17/03)
FP: 02/25/04
2 EADs, 2APs
I-140 RFE on 10/21/04
I-140 RFE response received 11/18/04
I-140 Approval 11/24/04 (saw 2 LUD chnages)
One I-485 Approval on 11/26/04.
Other I-485 Application pending with LUD 03/03/04.

It's beer time:))

Will post again as soon as I have more information.

Congrats beerdrinkingjoe,

if you are out of your hangover :D :D , get infopass apt. and go for stamping. Enjoy the smell of fresh freedom

MY I-485 has been approved

I just got a call from my lawyer. She told me that MY I-485 has been approved. We were not initially sure as to who's application was approved? My wife's or mine.

That is a HUGE relief for me.

Can someone tell me the link to create an GC stamping appointmnet. Do I need the physical Approval in hand prior to creating it or does the e-mail and SRC bumber alone suffice?

Please let me know.

Thanks again for your wondeful support and the wealth of information available on these boards.

EAD approved

I got emails from INS, saying that my EAD applications are approved, and i need know how long does it take to receive the cards,

and also, does EAD card need FP on it?

Thanks in advance

Congrats!

Would you please post what your RFE about and what is the officee number?

Thanks

Office #295. The RFE was about the "Letters of recommendation" provided not being on official letter heads. Once I submitted them, I got the approval within a week.
