Although I already posted that my 140 got approved on 04/18/2005.
But this message is an special thank to Unitednations, who answered all my questions..
Just to imform all you guys, INS sends an RFE on my case on March 3rd 2005 stating that 'As per required experience mentioned in labor ( 1 Year ), This case should go to OTHER WORKER' category, Not into SKILLED WORKER category'..
But my attorney fight for this and submitted response on April 4th and it got approved on April 18.
And It got approved in Skilled Category....
My priority date is 02/13/2002, Probably I'm in a safe position now..

140/485 RD/ND 12/21/2004.
Finger Printing Notice received....scheduled on May 2nd week.
