A million thanks to ImmigrationPortal.com and to Rajiv Khanna and all the pioneers behind the lawsuit which resulted in the reduction of processing times - atleast for I-485 in CSC. I have been to this site for the past two years and its great volunteers like Kashmir, I140 takesforever, sillyman, rk4gc and lot of others for their contribution to this community. They made the impossible possible and it is evident in the transcripts of the law suit filed against BCIS which is available on this site.

My details are as follows:

EB3 non - concurrent (same consulting company in IL throoughout this process)
LC (NSC): applied 11/2002
LC AD: 04/2003
I-140(NSC) ND: 06/2003
I-140 AD: 01/2004
I-485(CSC) ND: 03/2004
I-1485 AD: 10/08/2004
RFE: 3 years W2 and EVL - it took only one week after receiving the response by BCIS to get approved.

Thanks once again to all those great guys who helped me to have a smooth sail. Can someone throw some light as to what should I do next.

Congratulations!!!

Get an appointment, get the passport stamped and wait for the Green Card. You are almost done.

Good luck,

What is your recent LUD before your I-485 approval? My I-485's RD is also 03/04, but so far there is no update. :(

Thanks rk4gc for the feedback.

qdotlu - its just a matter of time for you to get approval. Is your case concurrent or non-concurrent. My friend who filed in 04/2004 has got his LUD's now. Also pls check whether USCIS have your latest address in their file.
