My son's I-730 is out of processing time over yaer & half. The reason NSC intimated via e mail is security back ground check pending.
Last week I saw three consecutive LUD changes after a period of 6 months. No change in the msg itself. No explaination by NSC either in reply to my last e mail.

What u think it could mean? Does it mean approval is near or it is just a internal processing.

Thanks

A friend of mine filed for his wife in 2004 and the actual invitation for the interview they received in 2007. So I guess it's pretty common for I-730 applications.

Hi Minsk,

Thanks for ur reply. Can u please let me know if ur friend's wife was in United States or abroad when ur friend filed her I-730? This I am asking because I have heard that they have different time line for individuals within United States and those out side.
I appreciate it.

How many inquiries did you make about your case since the it has been outside of the processing timeframe? Have you made phone inquiries or have you made an INFOPASS as well?
