Thank you for your reply, but I have another question.

Thank you for your clear answer.
However, I worry about the case if the I-140 is denied.

The first question is when the petition is denied, should I leave for my country? I thought registering another semester may be good to protect my family from a bad situation. According to your opinion, keeping the status of full time student doesn't have any value?

Another question is an availability to file the I-140 at the different INS center. I mean that the TSC is very slow to proceed, and I don't know what's going on and how long should I wait to get an approval or permit to work even though the shortage of nurses gets serious, and I passed English test for visa screening.
Moreover, many hospitals in CA, NY, or Washington DC area have offered another sponsorship to me. In this case, may I give up the former documents filed to the TSC, and get another sponsorship to file new I-140 and I-485 to other states? Otherwise, should I wait for the decision of TSC?

Your reply was really helpful . I appreciate again.

A person cannot be a student on F1 once I-485 is filed. If the I-140 is denied, then you need to be in H1B, H4, L1, or L2 status to be in the US (all other statuses are not compatible with GC filing).

Yes, you can withdraw the pending I-485 at TSC, and apply through another employer at another service center. But processing times change over a period of time. See also if it is possible to have more than one filing in the same category (I know you can have several I-140 petitons under different categories). If so, you may not have to withdraw the earlier one.
