Hi Friends,

485 got approved on feb26th.Saw it just today. My wifes case also approved. Mine is a AC21 case (similar job).

It was a long journey. For those of you waiting, continue to have hope. The day is not far!

AC21 Letter

Congrats for the good news. It took more than 2 years for your
approval and anyway it is all finally done.
I have a question to ask. I am also going to use AC21 for my case (EB1 - OR category). I changed my job last month after my I-140 got approved and my I-485 is already pending for about 17 months.
When did you send the AC21 letter to BCIS? It would be nice if you could post this information. I don't know if I have to send the letter or wait for the approval or RFE. My job title and salary are identical in both the companies and also my job description.
More to that the size of the company (about 1500), revenue and the type of business are also identical.
I am going to post this message in a separate thread so that
others in the same situation could learn something.

Standard RFE (3months paystub, 2yrs W2 and tax returns, employer letter.

When i used AC21 hired a lawyer(murthy).Had to pay a big price but i felt it was worth it. They took care of filing all the details. I believe they informed INS abt the job change, accomponied by a letter from my current employer. I switched jobs after 180 days.

Thanks for the info. I am little confused anyway. I am waiting for
responses from the new thread I posted. It is good to know that
you did send the letter through Murthy. I will wait for few months
before I send the letter.
