Please I need a direct phone number to the Texas service center. They sent me an RFE on April 16 and up till now my lawyer has not received the RFE. I need a number to get in touch with them ASAP. Thank you.

My one has been sent on Mar'31 and still not received yet...
Lawyer changed address and they told me that they updated their address...
I called them after 14 days and the online message changed to "
On April 15.....blah blah ... directly sent to"
But still not received anything....
Dont know what to do...

WHat are you guys waiting for.. Jump on it. Call the National no. at (800) 375-5283 National Customer Service options 1-1-5 for pending cases and ask them. YOu have 12 weeks to respond to an RFE. Yo don't want to delay things ...They will advise you appropriately. Also note that they do not encourage frequent calling, so do not call again and again. They are pretty good nowadays..
