Hi Folks
I called the number mentioned in the case status online and i think i was conneted to National Service Center so the person opened a Service Request on my case...

I want to speak with Texas Service Center like other folks...
How do i do that
Which number i dial and then press what??
 
Here are the details...

1 800 375 5283

Then press options in the following order

1 – 2 – 2 – 6 – 1

Enter EAC# Then Press 1

Listen to the message completely and then Press - 3 – 4

Then this will go transfer to TSC and you get waiting message and music.

Follow the following instruction.
Call 1-800-375-5283.
Then choose 1-2-2-6-1
Enter your receipt no :(EAC) 322 + Number..
Then -1
Listen to blah blah blah
Then press 3
Then press 4.

You will hear: Welcome to TSC ?--This is the confirmation that you are now connected to TSC.
Else disconnect and try again

i think after this flowery protest we should all start visiting local INS offices / police stations in the free time start sitting there with a blanket undernath and protest badges and some banner

these guys are just too much

no rules no transparency; dont believe in first come first serve ; dont believe in sharing what they are cooking and letting us know whats happening
