Texas service center - calling tip please

I got email stating that post office returned the last notice as undeliverable on my wife's case - Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent.

my 485 is applied in aug 2003 and got my green card in oct 2004.
My wife's name was added to my file in may2004 when we lived in connecticut.
we moved to NJ and we updated the address with VSC AR 11 and called them. They also confirmed that it is updated. her finger prints were done in march 2005. In feb2007, her case is transferred to TExas service center.

CAn you please let me know the calling tip to texas service center

Tsc Calling Tip

Call the 1 (800) 375-5283, then:

Press 1 (for English, unless you want some other language)
Press 2 (skip the introduction, go to main menu)
Press 2 (forget what this is)
Press 6 (check case status)
Press 1 (check status given receipt number)
Now enter your receipt number
Press 1 (to confirm your case starts with SRC)
Press 1 (to confirm you entered the receipt number right. Now listen to the case status)
Press 3 (continue to next step)
Press 4

There will be some message saying "before we transfer you to a customer service representative....". Then, if you hear ".... the Texas Service Center...", you're queue into the line to speak to an IO. A recorded message with a lady will keep looping asking you to wait "just a little longer", however it may take a while to get someone to answer.

Thanks for the detailed instructions. Unfortunately every time it takes me to the stupid CSR and never to IO at TSC!
 
The steps work exactly as described! Currently waiting (for the last 5 mins.). Expected wait time is 20 mins. Will update folks, if I find anything meaningful.
