Texas SC/Dallas DO 35 days No FP, No LUD, Is it normal?

Hi All,
I applied for N400 on March 26, PD 03/28, There is no LUD and I have not received FP notice.
I see many people from Dallas who applied in April already received their FP notice.
Should I be worried? Can I open a SR?

Today I called USCIS and raised SR.
I was told that they will reply within 15 days.
I hope this helps...
