U.S. Drops Terror Alert Level to 'Yellow'

Do you think the terror alert level and approvals are linked? Will the approval rate go down with increase in terror level? Have we seen any trend before?

You can form any number of thoeries. Link anything to BCIS case processing. Terror alert, economy, employement(er.. lack of it), drought in North Africa ...... Bottom line is that they are too slow for our liking ....
