The reason I am posting this is to show you how a lousy attorny can mess you up. This lawyer Jay Fredmen from DC has moved from one building to the other. Meanwhile Ins send a RFE for my case to his office, guess what: FORWARD ORDER HAS EXPIRED
So it goes back to VSC in September 2003 and the process delays...Of course he would not give a shit because he already collected his money. I faxed them the return envelope copy that VSC mailed to me. He has not responded in any way because he knows that any written apology I will hold against him after I got my card. By the way I just figure this out by coencidence when I apply to renew my EAD.
Hence, my advice please DO NOT BE SCARED of any attorny that if you get mean he would not speed your process, instead more you are at the top of your case more attention they will pay. AND from the various experience KEEP A WAY FROM JAY FREDMEN he is BS.
