I have a H1B valid til oct 2010 with annotation of my previous employer name.
I was in US for about 6 months during Nov-2008 till Apr-2009. Then I came to India in May 2009 .
After that I left the company in Oct-2009.
Now my question is
i) As my H1B has my old companys name as annotation can I transfer it to my current employer and use this Visa ?
ii) How safe it is to go to US now through counsultancy and qutting job in India which I have?
iii) Is there any good counsultancy company in India which send to US by doing a selection process in India ?
