I don't think your Fiance can visit you till the K1 is processed, and she is given the the VISA in her passport. So you will have to just wait and hope the USCIS speeds up.

I'm in the same boat waiting for the USCIS to process my Fiance's visa so she can get her however with the backlog at the USCIS it is going to be delayed so it seems unless the USCIS speeds up.

Hello,
No she can not visit you on the visitor visa as your fiancee visa petition is being processed/pending.
