I'm not going to wait unlike you to say what you said:
10 F%^&#NG years & still waiting (xcuse my totally justifiable kannada).
On top of it 4 hrs every day glued to the computer and monitoring all the F^&*#NG forums (pls xcuse me). Could have taken a second job instead of reading thru all the posts everyday and have retired 5 yrs earlier.
I see myself no different than an alchoholic or a drug addict with this forum addiction I have developed.
Frankly every body will reach a point when they need to move on..irrespective of what happens...and that is my mind set now.

Congratulations to you. Some people are so unfortunate that they have just filed there I-140 & I-485 after 10 years. And are exploited every day by there employer and scared by employer that 140 can get rejected, even though other 140's have sailed through correctly, working on 65K salary although hourly rates is 72$/hour, just for the fear that, the employer does not get annoyed and pull the 485.
So tehre are many unfortunate folks. All the best & Good luck. Tell us, how does freedom feels?

TEN F%$^ING YEARS (excuse my totally justified french) ! and i JUST got my approval Email for my 485 today... after 10 years wait and0 2 labor certifications.
I cannot recall how many time i wanted to write this post.

I read through these posts and tears come out of my eyes. I totally understand your feelings brothers and sisters. I am hanging in and waiting myself. I pray that all of you get your papers straightened up and move on with you lives.
