Temporary problem in the system pulling Records

I call the National customer service Number couple of times yesterday(7/17/07) between 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Every time I got a message that due to temporary problem in the system they can not access my records.
At 3:45 pm I dialed again and the automated system could access my record, I waited to get connected to the IO, lucky to get connected but got disconnected in less than 10 seconds. .
When I called at 3:55pm the message was there are no IO available at this time to take the call.

Today(7/18/07) I called at 9:01 same message “due to temporary problem in the system they can not access my records”

Any body in same situation or any clues what is going on at NSC?

The Online Case Status on USCIS website seems to be working OK....may be they have some maintenance going on with their phone system....or they want to stop tons of calls coming to them everyday ;)

I called them yesterday around 11:30 AM...and it got connected without issues.
