I call the National customer service Number couple of times yesterday(7/17/07) between 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. Every time I got a message that due to temporary problem in the system they can not access my records.
At 3:45 pm I dialed again and the automated system could access my record, I waited to get connected to the IO, lucky to get connected but got disconnected in less than 10 seconds. .
When I called at 3:55pm the message was there are no IO available at this time to take the call.
Today(7/18/07) I called at 9:01 same message “due to temporary problem in the system they can not access my records”
Any body in same situation or any clues what is going on at NSC?
