Temporary (Interim) EAD for OPT

Hi.

I had applied for my OPT card at NSC on March 10th and got a notice of action from the INS with the receipt date as March 25.
I have a written offer of employment which I plan to join on June 15. Is there any way I can get an interim EAD by showing the offer letter or is the INS very rigid about the 90 day rule? Also, can I get an interim EAD from any INS local office anywhere in the country.

Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Yes u have to wait 90 days before u go for interim card that means u can go for interim card on 26 june. And as far as I know u can go to any local INS office, because they don't ask for ur current address etc. But plz check with others also, I m not sure abt that.
 
If you are still at school and haven't completed your requirements for Graduation. You can talk to your prof. and international office and join the company on a co-op for the time being. Hope this helps.
